Our esteemed athletes are subjected to a grueling training regimen that spans from Monday to Thursday. This regimen is characterized by a daily two-hour training session, which culminates in a total of 130 hours of training throughout the course of the season. During these training sessions, our players focus on augmenting their skill development, team skills, and hockey IQ. Furthermore, our goalies receive formal instruction from a qualified goalie instructor throughout the season, which enables them to hone their skills and improve their performance.
